Our accreditation scope
The 20-page annex to our certificate lists, for every instrument type we can calibrate, the measurement range, measurement conditions, expanded measurement uncertainty (k=2) and the calibration method used. Our scope covers four measurement fields:
- Dimensional quantities — length measuring instruments, hand tools, line standards, angle measuring instruments, coating thickness
- Pressure — gauge pressure, manometers and pressure gauges
- Temperature — resistance thermometers, thermocouples, temperature indicators, controlled volumes
- Electrical (DC and low frequency) — DC/AC voltage, DC/AC current, DC resistance (added in the 26.08.2025 revision)

International recognition
TÜRKAK is a signatory to the multilateral mutual recognition arrangements of the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA-MLA) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC-MRA) in the field of ISO/IEC 17025. Calibration certificates issued by our laboratory are therefore recognised in all signatory countries.
