The sensor is the first link in any industrial temperature measurement. If the sensor type or immersion depth is wrong, the rest of the measurement chain cannot make the result trustworthy.

Choosing a sensor

Measuring range, process pressure, medium and immersion depth are the deciding factors. A thermowell extends sensor life but adds thermal lag, which matters in fast-changing processes.

Our laboratory is TÜRKAK accredited for temperature calibration, so sensors can be supplied together with a calibration certificate.
