In furnaces, ovens, autoclaves and drying lines it is not enough to measure temperature; the heating has to be managed according to the measured value. Process controllers combine both jobs in a single housing.

Why calibration matters
The difference between the controller display and the true temperature inside the furnace goes straight into product quality. The system accuracy test (SAT) under AMS2750 measures exactly this difference. The controller, its sensor and its cable need to be calibrated together.
Our laboratory calibrates both the controllers and the connected temperature sensors under TÜRKAK accreditation.
