Only the data you submit through this website is processed:

Identity and contact data: name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number
Commercial data: tax number, tax office, details of the product or service requested
Transaction security data: IP address and timestamp recorded when a form is submitted

This site uses no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

Responding to your calibration and product enquiries and preparing quotations
Pre-contractual discussions and performance of the contract
Answering your questions
Preventing automated (bot) form submissions and maintaining transaction security
Meeting retention and reporting obligations arising from applicable legislation

4. Legal basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and necessary for our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent required by the purposes above, to our email and hosting service providers and to legally authorised public authorities. No transfers are made outside Türkiye.

6. Method of collection

Data is collected electronically and directly from you, through the contact, calibration request and product request forms on this website.

7. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation following completion of your request, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
